About the Role
As one of our first product hires, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product and company. This position requires a 'roll up your sleeves' mentality, where flexibility, adaptability, and a hands-on approach are critical. You'll work closely with the CEO to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MyFO, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals and customer needs.
Requirements

-Experience in product management within a tech-driven environment, with a background in finance or wealth management.
- A strategic thinker with strong execution skills; able to translate complex problems into simple, user-centric solutions.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to bring products to life.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for fostering collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, balancing strategic goals with customer feedback to maintain focus and avoid scope creep.
- Become an expert on the use case of the product to be able to guide design and development team towards business goals in a customer-oriented culture.
-Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Empower and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and customer success.
- Measure and analyze product performance to inform decisions and iterate on product features.
- Support in building out the product team as we scale, including mentoring and supporting team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
